Great place for a meal

One of the better dinner options in Lake Tahoe. The salmon is delicious!

This was our third experience over as many years. First year and second year blew us away by how good the food was. But this time it felt like the chef was more interested in the visuals of plating than serving genuinely good food to eat. The single server is also the bartender and hostess and is stretched thin, lovely as she is. Although we have loved this former gem we can’t recommend it anymore. Hopefully chef will consider that a lump of cooked spinach with five pecans and four small slices of beet might look pretty but is boring and “precious.” Sorry.

Love this place, small quaint place with a great wine/liquor offerings and amazing sushi! The striped dragon roll was hands down our favorite. Jamie the bartender/server was very knowledgeable and relatable and we very much enjoyed her company. Definitely don’t miss this little gem!

Food was excellent and bartender was very good.

Cute spot for a nice dinner. Cozy atmosphere with fireside tables. Lots of tasty menu options. Beet stack, lettuce wraps, and salmon were all very good. Flour-less Chocolate cake for dessert was amazing too!

Excellent choice! Original and inventive with a Cali-Asian fusion twist (but don't forget the braised short ribs too!). the highest quality ingredients assembled in clever, creative ways makes Fredrick's a can't-miss choice in Incline Village.

We were pleased the fine dining does exist in Incline! They pour a very strong drink and the Asian flavors are full on despite the fact it is fusion. Great service in a very intimate dining room.

The food was good, we ordered the tuna poke, the Turf & Surf and the Angry Tuna rolls, all were great. We really enjoyed the food. But, I deducted a star for the noisy atmosphere and quite possibly, the worst Old Fashioned ever poured. This is a big deal, the Old Fashioned is one of the four main cocktails that every bartender needs to master.

Love the wines, food and Jaime the bartendar. She knows her wines!

My husband and I and another couple ate dinner there for the 1st time last Friday and it was a wonderful experience. Right away I felt welcomed and the place was very warm & cozy. I enjoyed their Seafood Pot (so yummy) and my husband enjoyed the Filet Mignon (I'm having that next time). The entire experience was perfect! Can't wait to go back.

Owner owned and operated. Menu is small but delightful, well executed and crafted fresh not frozen. Happy hour is reasonable, delicious and served in a cozy environ by experienced bar staff. The wine list is not extensive however it is interesting and supports all price ranges. If you are looking for something that's not basic and want to support local business, eat here; you won't be disappointed.
